    Applications:
  • External Application: for powder or paste use dose appropriate for area; 15-30g in decoction for a wash or hot compress
  • Internal Application: 3-9g

Actions / Indications:
  • Dries dampness; Kills parasites; stops itching (external use for weeping, itching skin lesions, especially in genital area; scabies and ringworm, trichomoniasis, eczema)
  • Warms KD; tonifies Yang (internal use for impotence or infertility due to KD yang deficiency or cold womb)
  • Disperses cold wind dampness (turbid white vaginal discharge, external or internal use for vaginal discharge due to damp-cold or lower back pain due to wind-damp-cold)
  • (cc: damp heat in lower jiao)
  • (cc: yin deficiency with heat signs)

    Special Notes:
  • Combine She Chuang Zi with Sang Ji Sheng, Du Zhong, Gou Ji, and Du Huo.
